What happens after I place my order?

You get an email with your order reference, then the invoice for the first 50% and a link to your project brief. Once the payment and the brief are in, your 72-hour clock starts.

How do I pay the first 50%?

By bank transfer or card payment link, as shown on the invoice. Prices are in euro. Mention your order reference with the payment.

Why do you ask for my IBAN?

It is optional. It only helps us match your payment to your order faster. We never use it to charge you.

When do I send texts, photos and other materials?

In the project brief, after your first payment. There you can upload files or share a Google Drive or Dropbox link.

What do you do with my data?

We use it only to deliver and maintain your website and to invoice you. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
